Senior Salesforce Data & Integration Architect - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Data & Integration Architect at Boeing, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the data and integration architecture for Salesforce CRM and its connected enterprise ecosystems across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defence, Space & Security (BDS), and Boeing Global Services (BGS) businesses. Qualification Required: - A Bachelor's degree is required. - 8+ years of experience in data architecture, integration architecture, or enterprise solution architecture roles. - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce data modeling, large data volumes (LDV), and multi-org strategies. - Strong experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and event-driven architectures. - Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks. - Experience working in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments with strong security and compliance requirements. - Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
