Role Overview: As a Technology Operations and Support Analyst, WFM at Ralph Lauren, you will be a part of the Global WFM team responsible for optimizing UKG Kronos. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to maintain and enhance retail WFM applications, driving performance, efficiency, and advancing workforce management capabilities. Your role will involve managing a global Workforce Management System, providing ongoing support, and contributing to system enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and maintenance of WFM (UKG Kronos) to ensure seamless business-as-usual operations and optimal system performance. - Provide expert-level application support and subject-matter-expertise (SME) to drive high store associate satisfaction, SLA compliance, and adherence to IT processes. - Work in shifts to maintain 5-day coverage for IT WFM operations. - Deliver UKG Kronos system enhancements through continuous improvement initiatives, automation, upgrades, and process optimization. - Support the UKG Kronos application infrastructure, including server landscape management, infrastructure projects, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure security, stability, and performance. - Drive IT continuous improvement initiatives to position the team as a strategic Center of Excellence for Ralph Lauren. - Analyze and support stakeholder change and training needs for the UKG Kronos application, delivering training sessions, troubleshooting user issues, and providing expert application guidance. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management (WFM) application maintenance and operations, specifically with UKG Kronos. - Strong understanding of workforce management principles, practices, and industry trends. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in SQL query writing and stored procedure development. - Experience with UKG Kronos modules such as Time and Attendance, Accruals, Time clock devices, Scheduling, and Workforce Integration Manager is required. - Experience with advanced UKG Kronos modules like Schedule optimization, Forecasting, Operation Planner, Analytics & Attestation is a plus. - Willingness to work in shift schedules to maintain continuous system support.
