You will be responsible for detecting phishing and scams on the internet, social media, and dark web for Bolster's customers. Your role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and creating reports for customers based on your findings. Additionally, you will work with multiple teams across the organization, train Bolster's automated phishing and scam detection engine, and follow processes laid out by your team lead/manager. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1+ years of experience in the space of cybersecurity/brand protection - Written and spoken fluency in the English language - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs & deadlines - Experience working with open-source technology in cybersecurity - 1+ years of experience in the space of detecting online phishing - Past startup experience Bolster is a company that builds a next-generation AI-powered fraud prevention and brand protection platform designed to detect and eliminate phishing, impersonation, and online scams at internet scale.
