About the role
As a Product Management Intern at Bondspe, you will be responsible for owning the Bondspe app end-to-end, taking it from ideation to launch and ensuring its performance meets the expectations of our investors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the product roadmap for bonds, mutual funds, and SIPs - Identifying opportunities and proposing new features to enhance user experience and drive growth - Writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria for each feature - Collaborating with design (Figma), engineering, compliance, and business teams throughout the development process - Leading the integration of mutual funds and SIP module on the app - Defining KPIs for features and monitoring their post-launch performance using analytics tools - Conducting user research, analyzing behavior data, and using insights to make product decisions - Ensuring all features comply with SEBI regulations and guidelines - Coordinating with third-party vendors for API and system integrations Required Skills: - 6 months - 1 year of product management experience, preferably in fintech - Strong working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and design collaboration - Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar agile project management tools - Proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics - Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to read and understand API documentation - Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and sprint planning - Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making - Basic understanding of SQL for querying data and pulling product insights - Knowledge of KYC flows, payment gateways, and financial transaction systems - Familiarity with BSE/NSE integrations or SEBI-regulated investment platforms is a plus What We're Looking For: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passion for fintech and democratizing investing for all What You'll Get: - A high-ownership role with a direct impact on product and business - The opportunity to build and scale a fintech product from the ground up If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please share your resume at [email address].
