About the role
- Execute adaptation of Banknote processing machines for new currencies for new/existing customers - Carry out adaptation of the machines for existing customers in case new denominations are launched or existing denominations are changed - Execute adaptation work and tests in-house and at Global customers sites independently - Close communication and coordination with the international adaptation centers - Communication Coordination with International Customer representatives for Technical discussions, planning adaptation delivery Education Training: (Basic Professional) - Degree in any of the following disciplines - Computer, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation ControlTechnical know-how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)Mandatory - Understand the basics of image processing technics - Knowledge in Software Programming / Software Testing / Embedded Electronics Design / Embedded Software DevelopmentGood to know - Programing skills in any language- Experience in banknote sorting systems - Basic knowledge of banknote security features - Significant Advantage for Exposure/understanding of Electronics of Image sensors, Magnetic sensors, and Algorithms of Image processing, Optical Character reading - Significant Advantage for Experience/understanding of Machine Learning - Exposure/skills in project management - Exposure / skills / certification of Agile / Lean / Kanban MethodologiesSoft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for the role, like team management, communication, customer management, etc)- Keen and persistent in solving problems - Structured Process-oriented - Able to work methodically and to understand and describe complex issues - Fluency in written and spoken English - Good communication interpersonal skills- Ideally experienced in working with international customers
