Senior AI Programmer

As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying autonomous, goal-driven AI systems. It is essential to have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to be considered for this role. Your primary focus will be integrating LLM reasoning, memory, and tool orchestration to develop agentic applications that can plan, act, and adapt dynamically. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement agentic workflows that combine models with tools, APIs, and external data sources. - Develop multi-agent architectures with planning, reflection, and memory layers using Lang Chain or similar frameworks. - Integrate AI agents into enterprise applications. - Ensure governance, observability, and cost optimization within AI workloads. Must-Have Skills: - LangChain - Python - SQL - GCP - Strong experience with Python and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. - Deep understanding of LLM prompt engineering, reasoning chains, and tool calling patterns. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Google ADK - Google Vertex AI - Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Vertex Matching Engine). - Knowledge of MLOps on GCP, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD integration. Please note that immediate joiners with a minimum of 6+ years of experience, including 2 years of hands-on experience with GCP, will be given preference for this role. The position is based in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad and requires a strong background in LangChain, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, and SQL.
