We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent conversational agents and chatbots. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create natural language processing models that enhance user experience and automate customer interactions. This role involves building scalable AI-driven solutions using the latest technologies in machine learning and NLP. Responsibilities Design and develop conversational AI models using NLP and machine learning techniques. Integrate chatbots and virtual assistants across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions. Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve the conversational flow and accuracy.
