Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred. - 5+ years of work experience in sales, product, manufacturing, or quality engineering with significant customer contact. - 3+ years of project management experience (Certification with IPMP-C+ & PMP is a plus). - Demonstrated knowledge of program management, planning & timing, risk and conflict management, problem-solving, and customer communication.
