As a Simulation Engineer specializing in Structural Mechanics at BorgWarner in Bengaluru IPEC India, your role involves providing CAE support for the product development department and application simulation teams. Your main responsibilities include developing material and damage cards, conducting finite element analysis in the fields of structural mechanics & dynamics, and assessing the lifetime of structures based on simulation results. Collaboration with the material development department, testing department, and external partners to validate simulation methods is also a key aspect of your job.
