About the role
Job Description Requirement Engineering :Understand the calibration requirements for defining the execution plan in order to achieve the performance, safety and regulatory targets Calibration & Validation : Execute the assigned calibration package to ensure it is in alignment with the calibration strategy Verification and Release : Assist in the preparation of the final calibration dataset by performing validation tests and final reports in order to release the dataset to series production Problem Solving : Support internal/field complaints by checking the vehicle behaviour at customer location in order to assist the quality team in arriving at the root cause Innovation management: Identify problem statements to ideate and innovate solutions in order to solve customer pain points. Provide inputs for the innovative ideas by applying respective innovation milestones and support innovation management process Qualifications - Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science - 3 years of experience in automotive domain Additional Information Skill / Competencies Requirements : - Competent knowledge on motorcycle dynamics - Novice in Automotive safety regulations - Advanced knowledge on Vehicle safety systems (Antilock Braking System, Traction Control etc.,) - Basic knowledge on vehicle communication protocol, using/instrumenting DAQ tools - Proficient motorcyle riding skills to perform the required maneuvers for safety functions - Basic calibration skills - Basic problem solving skills - Basic calibration measurement analysis - Basic analytical skills
