Roles & Responsibilities : Electrical Engineer in BESS will perform Power System Studies and ensure overall System functions as per the grid requirements + ensuring overall protection of the system, The engineer will also ensure the design is compliant to the relevant CE, UL standards
Educational qualification: Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 yrs of experience in BESS domain Experience : 5-8 years Mandatory/requires Skills : Ideal candidate will bring a strong academic background and relevant experience to BESS.
Candidate should have experience in performing power system studies as below :
including load flow,
short circuit,
arc flash, and
protection coordination, using tools such as ETAP and Matlab.
A good understanding of protection system coordination design is also essential
Acquire in-depth knowledge of industry standards related to safe battery storage system design, including both CE and UL standards
Tools knowledge: ETAP and Matlab
