Responsible for mech, concept study, requirement analysis and SOR development, Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout , EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance (creeping distance, insulation distance, dimension-chain calculation, screw torque check, sealing evalaution), and change management follow internal requirement Responsible for catalog parts sourcing and selection (e.g. connectors) Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA) Prepare related products FAM, DFMA, DFMEA, DRBFM Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers(TSD) Responsible for cost evaluation, contribution for RPP fulfillment Benchmarking market leading players solutions, evaluate the cost reduction solutions Support mechanical tasks in testing samples Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

1. Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.
2. Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
3. Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control
4. Basic understanding of automotive components and control system
5. Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
6. English written and verbal
7. Willingness to work and interact in international teams
