We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager Robotics to lead cross-functional development programs for our autonomous EV and robotics platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex engineering projects involving hardware, embedded systems, autonomy software, AI/ML, sensors, and manufacturing teams. This role requires strong technical understanding, project management expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, and successful delivery of robotics and autonomous vehicle programs. Develop product launch roadmaps, milestones, and long-term execution plans. Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, cost, and performance objectives. Cross-functional Leadership Coordinate with Hardware, Software, Embedded, Mechanical, Electrical, AI/ML, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QA teams. Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making, and issue resolution. Product Development Support development of autonomous EV platforms involving: Robotics Autonomous Navigation LiDAR & Sensor Integration Computer Vision Embedded Systems AI/ML Monitor engineering deliverables from concept through production. Product Validation & Testing Design and oversee validation strategies throughout the development lifecycle. Coordinate system integration, field testing, and product validation activities. Review test reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Ensure quality gates are achieved before product release. Program Governance Maintain project dashboards, schedules, KPIs, and status reports. Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, risks, timelines, and dependencies. Develop metrics to improve engineering processes and delivery efficiency. Change & Configuration Management Own Product BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy. Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) across design, sourcing, supply chain, and manufacturing. Ensure all engineering documentation remains current and properly communicated. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent technical leadership role. Proven experience delivering complex hardware products from concept to production. Experience managing projects involving Robotics, EV, Automotive, Autonomous Systems, or Embedded Products. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and hardware-software integration. Experience managing multiple concurrent technical programs. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Electric Vehicles (EV), Autonomous Vehicles, or Robotics industries. Knowledge of AI/ML, Computer Vision, LiDAR, Sensor Fusion, or Autonomous Navigation. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools. Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM), BOM management, and change management processes. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
