About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to learners for follow-ups, callbacks, and issue resolution. 2. 2. 2. Strong verbal communication skills are essential. 3. Resolve 70-80 learner support tickets daily across multiple channels while maintaining quality and response time. Ability to work efficiently under pressure is required. 4. Draft professional email responses and chat replies with clear, grammatically correct communication. 5. Understand learner concerns, think from the learner's perspective, and provide accurate, empathetic, and timely resolutions. 6. Handle learner queries received through multiple support channels such as Helpdesk, Interakt, WhatsApp, and calls. 7. Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Classes, Mentors, Placement, Onboarding, Content, etc.) to escalate issues and ensure they are resolved. 8. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize urgent issues, and meet daily operational targets while maintaining a positive learner experience.
