WHAT YOULL DOBCGs Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) Services Hub is a centralized global reporting and analytics capability. BI&A greatly enhances how our management consumes and uses information to deliver better business outcomes. This team is an integral part of BCGs Global Enterprise Services providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate information to help guide and influence the decision-making process.As BI&A Associate, you will be working closely with the procurement analytics lead with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis. The analyst will be responsible for managing & delivering day to day standard /ad hoc responsibilities related to financial reporting and analytics needs, using relevant data tools, reporting environment and dashboards for BCG. The analyst will spend significant time navigating data to support senior management decision making across the globe.YOURE GOOD ATFunctional SkillsGood understanding of procurement data, concepts, KPIs, metrics and reporting & analysisStrong advanced MS-excel skillsExperience on data visualization & analytics tools such as Alteryx, TableauExperience on Python will be an added plusData & Analytics ProficiencyDemonstrated experience in leveraging data & analytics for informed decision-making and enhancing business intelligenceWorking with both structured and unstructured data to gain the necessary data qualityExcellent excel skills along with capability of designing and storytelling through PowerPoint.Defining, designing, and reporting on KPIs and operating metrics in partnership with the business stakeholders/subject matter experts.Communication, interpersonal and teaming skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zonesAbility to perform effectively under pressure and changing situations with tact, poise, and patienceDemonstrates persistence to drive change.
