About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Analyst within the HR Digital Product Portfolio at Boston Consulting Group, you will be a key player in shaping the future of the recruiting technology systems, specifically focusing on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance recruiting processes and provide exceptional value to customers. Your role will involve developing and presenting new business cases for continued investments in recruiting technology systems, ensuring alignment with business needs, and representing the voice of the customer. Additionally, you will work towards the digital agenda for important Recruiting Technology priorities as part of a major Digital Transformation for Recruiting. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritization and Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to lead the prioritization process, ensuring a well-organized and dynamic product backlog aligned with strategic goals, customer needs, and business value. - Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution, providing key inputs into strategy sessions and other strategic meetings. - Customer-Centric Development: Advocate for incremental development practices, translating customer insights into actionable user stories to enhance functionality and usability of the ATS and CRM systems. - Feature Development: Collaborate with functional stakeholders, technical resources, and vendors to implement and roll out new product functionality based on prioritization. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize empirical data and qualitative research for informed decision-making processes, especially in feature prioritization. - Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing customer feedback and surveys to deepen understanding of user needs and improve product offerings. Qualification Required: - Experience: Minimum 4 years in a Product Analyst role, preferably in recruiting technology or HR systems, with a strong functional understanding of recruiting processes and technology-driven business transformation. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, experience with iCIMS or Eightfold systems is preferred. - Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
