This is how you make a difference At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades Experience leading tech project teams Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current trends such as cloud, microservices, and AI Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices Ability to evaluate client digital capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, and translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to both technical and business audiences Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments Flexibility and willingness to travel Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
