Role Overview: You will be responsible for the production and management of web pages and sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), focusing on creating optimized and user-friendly digital experiences. Your role will require a good understanding of SEO principles to ensure the web pages are both visually appealing and discoverable through search engines. Additionally, your expertise in web UX will be crucial for providing suggestions and insights to stakeholders on page design to enhance usability and align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage web pages using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring they align with brand standards. - Apply SEO best practices to enhance page visibility and performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve design and user experience based on UX principles. - Ensure brand consistency in email templates and AEM pages. - Perform basic image editing tasks in Adobe Photoshop for web optimization. - Manage project timelines, ensure quality delivery, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Understanding of SEO basic principles for webpage creation and optimization. - Good understanding of Web UX to make suggestions to stakeholders briefing of webpage. - Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for basic image operations. - Experience in SFMC Marketing Cloud/Email Campaign experience. - Excellent project management skills to deliver projects on time and in quality. - Stakeholder management skills to communicate with stakeholders and attend production planning meetings. - Willingness to expand knowledge to build emails and email campaigns on SFMC. - Ability to adapt to Central European (Paris) work hours from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
