Role & responsibilities Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture/solutioning roles. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations. Expertise in: HR Case Management Lifecycle Events Employee Center Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Catalog Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Preferred candidate profile ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Exposure to ITSM, CSM, or Workplace Service Delivery modules is a plus.
