As a ServiceNow Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in AI/Agentic and delivering solutions to clients. Your role will also involve some presales experience. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate sound knowledge about architectural best practices in ServiceNow, including ITSM and App Engine - Utilize expert skills in ServiceNow development, particularly in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript - Implement APIs and integrations effectively to enhance ServiceNow capabilities - Experience in implementing NOW Mobile App, NOW Virtual Assistant, and NOW Assist - Possess a good command over various technical components of applications, including n-layer/n-tier parts of the solution - Apply logical and design thinking to create robust ServiceNow solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development - Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript - Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM principles - Experience in implementing NOW Mobile App, NOW Virtual Assistant, and NOW Assist - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically when designing solutions Please note, the job is based in Delhi NCR/Pune/Bangalore and follows a hybrid work mode.
