About the role
We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team, build, and deploy a modern, high-performance, and highly scalable Advanced Job Portal Platform integrated with AI . This project encompasses a robust web application, cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS), and a powerful administrative backend. The ideal team will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end applications with complex architectures, seamless UI/UX, and optimized performance. Scope of Work & Core Features The development team will be responsible for building the platform from scratch, implementing the following core modules: User Management: Separate onboarding workflows, registration, and comprehensive profile management for both Job Seekers and Employers/Recruiters. Job & Resume Lifecycle: Job posting pipelines, dynamic resume uploads, parsing/management, and a robust application tracking system (ATS) for employers. AI-Powered Matchmaking & Parsing: Intelligent resume parsing, automated skill extraction, and an AI recommendation engine to match job seekers with the most relevant openings. Discovery Engine: Advanced, lightning-fast job search utilizing modern filters, facets, and real-time indexing. Engagement Tools: Saved jobs, automated job alerts, and native/web Push Notifications for real-time updates. Monetization: Secure subscription models and multi-tier payment gateway integrations. Operations: A comprehensive Admin Dashboard for platform-wide monitoring, user management, analytics, and content moderation. Growth Architecture: High-performance, SEO-friendly public pages (job listings, company profiles) optimized for search engine indexing. Preferred Technology Stack We have pre-defined a cutting-edge tech stack to ensure the platform is modular, fast, and future-proof. Your team must possess deep production expertise in the following layers: Web Portal: Next.js (TypeScript) focusing on Server-Side Rendering (SSR), SEO-optimized architecture, and Core Web Vitals. Backend Architecture: NestJS (TypeScript) utilizing scalable modular architecture, enterprise-grade REST APIs, secure authentication, and authorization systems. AI & Machine Learning: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or LangChain for resume parsing, AI-generated job descriptions, and smart recommendation matching. Database & Storage: PostgreSQL for relational data integrity, alongside Redis for session caching and accelerated data retrieval. Search Engine: Meilisearch or OpenSearch for fast fuzzy searches and real-time indexing. Mobile Applications: React Native to deploy high-performance, single-codebase applications for both Android and iOS. Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2 for secure object storage, Docker for containerization, and fully automated CI/CD pipelines. Required Team Capabilities & Experience Proven Portfolio: Demonstrated experience building and launching large-scale web applications and active mobile apps (available in App Store / Play Store). Security First: Strong expertise implementing secure authentication and authorization systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth, RBAC). AI Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and building recommendation or data-parsing pipelines. Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of caching strategies, database query optimization, and fine-tuning search engine performance. SEO Mastery: Practical knowledge of SEO best practices, metadata management, and SSR mechanics in Next.js.
