Senior Product Manager Technical Assessments

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of coding assessment solutions for technical hiring across early-career and experienced talent. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation with hands-on software development experience, followed by a proven track record in product management within B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for coding assessment products. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Content, and Data Science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences. Conduct customer, user, and market research to identify product opportunities and emerging trends. Define and track product KPIs including assessment completion rates, candidate experience, customer adoption, and business impact. Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, data insights, and business objectives. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market and product adoption initiatives. Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to business and technology stakeholders. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall professional experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development or engineering experience (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience (mandatory). Experience managing B2B SaaS, developer platform, or technology products. Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Product Discovery, and Agile methodologies. Good understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, software development lifecycles, and developer workflows. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience driving product decisions through customer insights, data, and business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience building coding assessment platforms, developer tools, technical hiring solutions, or HR technology products. Familiarity with ATS integrations and recruitment workflows. Experience with AI-powered personalization, adaptive assessments, or intelligent recommendation systems.
