Senior Salesforce Engineer

Role Overview: Bounteous x Accolite is a leading digital experience consultancy collaborating with ambitious brands to create transformative digital experiences. As a software engineer at Bounteous x Accolite, you will be responsible for guiding software engineers, integrating software components, and contributing to technical discussions and architecture proposals. You will work independently on multiple projects, exhibit excellent coding skills, and propose technical solutions to solve real-time business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Prime for sections of technical documents - Possess complete understanding of individual projects or modules within a larger project - Guide software engineers in good programming discipline - Multi-task effectively and deliver within timelines - Exhibit strong coding skills with minimal defects - Integrate software components into a fully functional software system - Adhere to low level and high level designs - Work independently and contribute to overall delivery - Interface 1-1 with customers and articulate the work done - Implement technical solutions proposed by Leads or Tech Specialists - Certified developers in relevant expertise - Mentor juniors and software engineers - Participate in technical discussions, architecture proposals, and POCs - Propose alternative solutions to effectively solve customer problems Qualifications Required: - Awareness of information security measures - Understanding of information security risks and their impact on information assets - Knowledge of data storage, processing, and transmission from a data privacy and protection standpoint - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, Objects & Fields Setup, and other related technologies - Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and deployment tools - Certification in PD1, PD2, and App Builder - Strong communication skills, confidence, assertiveness, and analytical abilities - Ability to learn and apply the latest developments in technology to projects - Good interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with team members We encourage individuals with passion, intelligence, and a technical knack to apply, even if they do not meet 100% of the criteria.
