About the role
Role & responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization - Design and Deploy: Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. - Automation: Create robust business workflows and reusable components using Salesforce Flow and best-practice coding standards. - Custom UI: Develop tailored UI components to streamline business operations and improve user experience. Platform Optimization & Architecture - Refactoring: Optimize triggers and legacy automation to ensure high performance and scalability. - Modernization: Consolidate outdated workflows into modern, Flow-based solutions while eliminating hardcoded references. Integrations & Cloud Expertise - API Management: Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, Billing, Analytics). - Process Support: Enhance Sales & Service Cloud capabilities, specifically focusing on lead-to-cash, order provisioning, and case management. Preferred candidate profile - Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Technical Core: Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Integration architecture. - Specialized Knowledge: Solid experience with FSL - Operational Requirements: - Shift Timings: Must be comfortable with Rotational Night Shifts (starting at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM IST) to ensure significant overlap with US time zones. - Work Setup: Any BxA Office/Remote , requiring a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification - Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification - Salesforce App Builder Certification - Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
