QA Tester

About the internship: We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester Intern to help ensure our websites and applications deliver a seamless user experience. You'll be responsible for testing new features, identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring our products meet high-quality standards before release. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring software, finding issues others miss, and improving product quality. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Test websites and web applications across different browsers and devices. 2. Execute manual test cases for new features, updates, and bug fixes. 3. Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps. 4. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases. 5. Test UI/UX, functionality, responsiveness, and the overall user experience. 6. Check forms, workflows, basic APIs, and integrations to ensure expected functionality. 7. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. 8. Maintain test reports and communicate testing progress with the team. 9. Suggest usability enhancements and product improvements based on testing findings.
