We're growing our in-house technology team and are looking for a Software Engineer who's passionate about building scalable web and mobile applications that directly support our mission in the field. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Node.js, Express, and React or Angular. Manage and improve mobile applications, particularly using Angular Ionic. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure high performance and usability. Implement new features and enhance existing functionality to improve user experience. Perform testing and debugging to ensure smooth operation of applications across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend/backend integration. Utilize AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, EC2, etc.) to deploy and manage cloud-native applications. Work with MySQL, writing complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures. Use modern ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize for data modeling and access. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile app development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks. Experience with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
