About the role
As an Analyst / Sr Analyst - Testing at Brand Safway, you will play a crucial role in testing and maintaining the in-house ERP software to deliver excellent technical and functional test results. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining Automation Scripts using tools such as Katalon Studio, Java, Selenium, and groovy. - Defining automation scope and creating reusable test cases for Web, API, Desktop, and mobile applications. - Integrating automation scripts with Jenkin and Git for seamless execution. - Collaborating with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address feedback effectively. - Utilizing tools and technologies like Katalon, Selenium, Java, API/Microservices Rest Assured Testing, Appium-Testing, Browser Stack for Testing, etc. - Having hands-on experience with Jenkin/Azure Pipeline and tools like Jira, Xray, or Azure DevOps. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 4 to 6 years of software testing experience, preferably with a multi-module ERP package. - Understanding of ERP's relationship with integrated systems and basic financial accounting/business knowledge. - Exposure to Linux operating systems, data conversion methodologies, and integration techniques. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field. Your qualifications should include: - Analytical ability to solve problems using sound data analysis capabilities. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas and instructions clearly. - Initiative to work independently and resourcefully. - Judgment to make informed decisions based on available information. - Relationship management skills to establish good rapport with users and coworkers. - Reliability in meeting deadlines and utilizing time effectively. - Technical aptitude to comprehend complex technical topics. - Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks efficiently. Your language skills should enable effective communication in a multicultural environment, while your computer skills should include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
