Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Networking Engineer based in Gurgaon. The Senior Networking Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining complex networking solutions to meet business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring security, and optimizing systems for enhanced availability and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement industry-leading networking practices and support organizational objectives. Qualifications Hands-on experience in Networking, including routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and network troubleshooting Proficiency in Network Security concepts, firewall configurations, VPNs, and access control Knowledge of Cloud Networking and virtualization technologies Experience in Network Design, including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies Analytical skills for network performance optimization and troubleshooting Strong communication skills and ability to document technical processes clearly Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable Proficiency in network monitoring tools and scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience Company Description Brave is dedicated to enhancing the government technology ecosystem by driving digital transformation and modernization to improve the citizen experience.
