Your role will involve designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise data integration, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems across financial, HR, and business domains. This will ensure high availability, data integrity, and timely delivery of business-critical reporting through robust data engineering, cloud integration, and proactive production support. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using tools like SSIS, AWS Glue, and PySpark - Build and optimize cloud-based data integration workflows using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge, and CloudWatch - Develop and manage data warehouse solutions on Snowflake and SQL Server - Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across pipelines and reporting layers - Support and enhance enterprise reporting platforms like Power BI and SSRS - Provide production support and monitoring for critical data pipelines and applications, ensuring minimal downtime and timely issue resolution - Lead and support month-end processing activities for timely and accurate reporting - Troubleshoot and resolve data, integration, and performance issues promptly - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions - Support cloud migration and transformation initiatives from on-premise to modern data platforms - Implement best practices in ETL design, scheduling, orchestration, and deployment - Contribute to release management, documentation, and knowledge transfer Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 5-7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, and Data Integration Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with AWS services like Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge, and CloudWatch - Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, and/or Oracle databases - Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schema, SCD Type 2) - Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing, automation, and integration - Experience with ETL frameworks and tools such as AWS Glue and SSIS - Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI and SSRS - Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring frameworks Soft Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Effective stakeholder management and collaboration abilities - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage production support in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments - Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a high-responsibility setting Working at Bravura, you will experience a rich employee environment with ongoing career development opportunities.
