About the role
About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems, GitOps practices, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and associated tooling in production environments Deploy and manage microservices using Helm charts Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD Configure and manage service mesh (Istio) for traffic management, observability, and security Automate CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and system reliability Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and operations Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines Requirements 6-10 years of hands-on DevOps experience Strong expertise in Kubernetes (production-grade environments) Hands-on experience with Istio service mesh Proficiency in Helm charts for application deployment Experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning Solid hands-on experience with either AWS or GCP Experience working with managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or GKE Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools Experience with SAST/DAST implementation Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) Benefits A meaningful role at the heart of a high-growth cybersecurity company Direct visibility with leadership and real influence over people decisions Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Flexible working arrangements and a culture of ownership and trust
