Job Summary The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath. This role will automate complex business processes and will require a deep understanding of UiPath's suite of tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot. The RPA Senior Developer will collaborate closely with business analysts and other technical teams to create scalable automation workflows that significantly enhance business productivity. Essential Job Functions - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio to automate business processes across various systems. Build and optimize workflows to automate repetitive tasks and business processes for enhanced productivity. Test and validate automation workflows to ensure that they function correctly and meet business requirements. - (50%) - Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather and understand business requirements for automation.Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. - (10%) - Participate in code reviews and ensure that RPA development adheres to industry best practices and company standards. Apply the RE Framework and UiPaths development guidelines in building scalable and maintainable workflows. - (5%) - Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, including process designs, workflows, and implementation guides. Document the automation logic, including troubleshooting steps and error-handling techniques, to ensure future scalability. - (5%) - Integrate UiPath automation with external systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, APIs, databases, and web services). Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure. - (10%) - Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the RPA and automation industry, including new features of UiPath and other automation tools. Participate in training and certification programs to improve skills in RPA, programming, and other relevant technologies. - (5%) - Monitor and analyze automation performance, ensuring that processes run efficiently and reliably. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into the success and areas of improvement for RPA projects. - (5%) - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and senior developers to design and deliver successful automation projects. Engage in cross-functional communication to ensure the smooth execution of RPA initiatives. - (5%) - Develop and maintain release pipelines for data science teams that support Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD). Automate build and deployment procedures to streamline delivery. Schedule and validate all production deployments. Partner with Release Management, Infrastructure, DevOps, etc. to ensure a smooth and successful deployment. - (5%) Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Technical field of study - UiRPA Certification UiPath - 5+ years of experience working with UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot - 5+ years of experience implementing UiPath and Power Automate solutions - 5+ years of experience implementing RE Framework for large-scale, complex automation projects - 5+ years of experience working with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies - 5+ years of experience implementing Integrations Services, complex automation projects and API Preferred Qualifications - UiARD Certification UiPath Skills - UiPath (Platform) - Microsoft Excel VBA Programming - Language Integrated Query (LINQ) - API Integration - JIRA Tool - ServiceNow Incident Management - Git - Document Automation Reports To: Supervisor and above Direct Reports: 0 Work Setting - Normal office environment (Hybrid), 6 to 8 days per month are required in the office Other Duties This job description is illustrative of the types of duties typically performed by this job.
