Lead .NET Developer Experience: 8+ Years | Location: Noida | Employment Type: Full-Time | Workplace Type: On-site About the Role We're looking for a Lead .NET Developer to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications on Azure. This role combines strong hands-on engineering — C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 — with real infrastructure depth: provisioning through Azure Resource Manager, deploying containerized workloads, and owning production diagnostics end to end. You'll lead a team, set the technical bar, and be the person who can trace an issue from application code down to the cloud resource layer. Key Skills C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 Microsoft Azure — App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus Azure Resource Manager (ARM) — hands-on provisioning and infrastructure-as-code experience Docker containers on Azure — build, deploy, and manage containerized workloads (AKS/ACI) Azure DevOps (CI/CD) — pipeline design and release management Logging, diagnostics & troubleshooting — across application, container, and cloud infrastructure layers SQL Server REST APIs & Microservices Git/GitHub Strong architecture & design skills Responsibilities Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end delivery Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Design and architect scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure, including infrastructure provisioning via ARM Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers on Azure, ensuring reliable containerized delivery Own logging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across the full stack — from code to cloud infrastructure Coordinate with stakeholders and manage sprint execution Mentor team members and resolve complex technical challenges Nice to Have Experience working directly with or for Microsoft, or with Tier-1 IT services organizations Exposure to Service Bus-based event-driven architectures Experience diagnosing production incidents in containerized Azure environments
