Lead Software Engineer

Technical Skills:  Development of Web/Desktop Scientific Applications.  Expertise in architecture, design, and deployment of complex software systems.  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills.  Experience in leading development teams and mentoring engineers.  Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including Python, Java, NodeJS, React, Angular, and cloud technologies. Good to Have (Optional Skills):  Client and Project Management experience.  Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics projects.  Exposure to database design and optimisation (SQL/NoSQL).  Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.  Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver on time.  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
