About the role
Responsibilities: Execute and validate test cases for Voice/IMS/VoNR features including MO/MT calls, EPS Fallback, E911, call hold/unhold, and conference calls Perform 5G/NR Telephony testing on NSA/SA configurations using RF lab setups (Keysight/TopCat/WirelessOne) Conduct regression testing across L0–L4 test cycles and build-to-build validation Analyze, triage, and report defects; track issues through resolution using internal bug tracking tools Collaborate with modem, RIL, and IMS teams for root cause analysis Maintain and update test case documentation and execution reports Support carrier certification and platform validation test cycles as needed Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Android Telephony / IMS / RIL testing Strong understanding of VoLTE / VoNR / IMS protocols (SIP, RTP, XCAP) Hands-on experience with 5G NR (NSA/SA) test environments Familiarity with Android telephony stack (RIL, Telephony Framework) Experience with ADB , logcat, QXDM/QCAT for log analysis Knowledge of test execution and defect tracking tools Good analytical and debugging skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment
