Alteryx Developer

As an experienced Alteryx Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting a strategic migration initiative by utilizing your expertise in building ETL workflows, data transformation processes, and migration solutions. Your technical skills, analytical thinking, and collaboration abilities will be essential in replicating, optimizing, and validating existing workflows and datasets within the Databricks ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse existing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and transformation logic - Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for migration to Databricks - Translate business and technical logic into scalable workflows - Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading - Conduct source-to-target mapping and ensure data consistency - Execute reconciliation, testing, and validation for migration accuracy - Optimize workflow performance and identify automation opportunities - Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, QA, and Business teams - Troubleshoot workflow failures, data discrepancies, and production issues - Prepare technical documentation, workflow specifications, and runbooks - Support deployment, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization activities Qualification Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer - Strong proficiency in SQL and complex query development - Experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration projects - Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and migration methodologies - Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data warehouses - Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, or modern cloud data platforms - Strong knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and QA processes - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Preferred Skills: - Experience in cloud migration or modernization projects - Exposure to Databricks notebooks, PySpark, or Spark-based processing - Experience with Alteryx Server administration, scheduling, and workflow deployment Feel free to share your profile at bharti.shivhare@brihatisglobal.com or contact via WhatsApp at +971 502980048.
