About the role
Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems. Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers. Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers. Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. Managing user access. Monitoring system performance. Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups. Preferred candidate profile Certified in Windows Server Administration. Experience of windows desktop, windows server and applications installations and configurations. Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability. Experience of working on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Multi-tasking to work on multiple tasks within deadlines. Years of experience in Windows Server configurations? Years of experience in Windows desktop installation & support? Are you certified in Windows Server Administration?
