Job Description As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the successful implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs. Ensure the quality and performance of SAP S/4HANA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization. Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, and migration projects. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team. Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture. Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, and migration projects is preferred. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI/UX design principles is an advantage. Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP S/4HANA is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
