Lead - SAP-

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an SAP ABAP Lead to lead and drive the technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative SAP projects and drive technical excellence within our organization.

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development, including coding, debugging, and optimization. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Objects, and SAP HANA. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is an added advantage. Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices. Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions. Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement initiatives. Conduct code reviews, provide technical expertise, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective solutions and support to the team. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the organization. Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to enhance the skills of team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
