Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for working on the LIMS Connect Program (implementation of LabVantage LIMS) acting as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the computer system meets business needs, complies with regulatory expectations, and is fit for intended use across its lifecycle.Support business users in defining new or improved processes associated with the systemCollaborate directly with the business clients, IT Business Partners, Validation and other IT functions on delivery of digital capabilities of the system.Collaborate with appropriate vendors to ensure all critical system functionality is in working order.Support the validation of the system by participating in testing to ensure requirements are adequately tested and participate in authorship and execution of testing scriptsTroubleshoots and resolves issues in supported systems.Provides training to users where necessary.Complies with all Computer System Validation requirements and regulations.QualificationsHave a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare. May lead initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of new technologies. Works independently on most deliverables.Articulates and presents complex information clearly and concisely across all levels. Ideal candidates would also have: Knowledgeable in laboratory operations, experience with LIMS.3 years experience in Laboratory Systems and comfort with both the business and technical processes to answer any questions.Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare.
