As an Analyst Data Strategy and Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will own and maintain business rules for commercial and digital datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational data standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support the design of data and analytics solutions. You will also support the design and development of new data products from scratch and enable scalable and reusable solutions across commercialization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data engineering, forecasting, and therapeutic area stakeholders - Design and develop new data products - Identify, evaluate, and onboard US commercial and healthcare datasets - Apply SQL, Python, and analytical techniques to explore pharma datasets - Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau - Ensure proper integration of datasets and support automation and innovation efforts - Contribute to enterprise data migration efforts and support data governance responsibilities Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of healthcare and US commercial data sources - Proficiency in data pre-processing, cleaning, and transformation techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field - 12 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role - Proficiency in SQL and basic Python - Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Hands-on experience with data platforms like Databricks, Redshift, or Snowflake is a plus This role offers uniquely interesting work that goes beyond the ordinary, giving you the opportunity to transform patients' lives through science.
