As a Senior Analyst in Non-US Advanced Analytics & Decision Intelligence at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will be part of a team that works on uniquely interesting projects every day, making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Independently deliver high-quality analytical solutions and AI-enabled insights within agreed timelines, under the guidance of a team lead. - Apply advanced analytics, decision science, and AI/ML techniques to support Non-US Commercial objectives across brand strategy, omnichannel engagement, and resource allocation. - Translate business questions into analytical approaches, execute analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. - Partner closely with US and Non-US Commercial stakeholders, Global Analytics, OCx, Marketing, and BIT to understand business needs and contribute to solution design. - Execute analytics supporting omnichannel strategies across personal and non-personal promotion, including field force, email, web, paid media, social, and third-party platforms. - Mentor junior analysts through informal coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. - Build and maintain analytical assets including datasets, models, dashboards, and automation workflows. Qualifications Required: - BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred with special consideration for degrees in life/physical sciences, applied sciences (computer science, mathematics, data science), or engineering. - 3+ years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or advanced analytics, with a focus on driving MMx projects. - Experience embedding AI analytics platforms into commercial workflows with enterprise-wide adoption. - Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical data claims, APLD, specialty pharmacy, digital signals, and promotional data. - Good knowledge of programming and data science tools (Python, R), machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch), large-scale analytics environments, visualization platforms, and workflow automation.
