Senior Data Product Analyst

As a Senior Data Product Analyst at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will play a crucial role in leveraging Data Engineering pipelines and Data Analytics using multiple AWS services, Python, Spark, Airflow, and Tableau/PowerBI. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and implementing data solutions in alignment with Agile practices and DevOps framework - Implementing data ingestion and integration processes using modern data technology processes for scalability and performance optimization - Collaborating with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across functions - Ensuring data quality and governance guidelines are adhered to throughout the data solutions development process - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutioning processes - Engaging in deep analysis of applications/use-cases and proposing efficient and scalable solutions - Identifying the scope and building Data Products catering to WWPS & GRS functional requirements - Working closely with global IT product teams to explore new technologies and identify scalable solutions aligned with business priorities and IT product roadmaps Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare - 4+ years in a data product analyst role delivering and supporting IT applications globally - Experience with SDLC methodologies like DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall in a regulated environment - Strong knowledge of Data Engineering & Analytics technology landscape including AWS services, Python, Spark, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI - Ability to engage with business functions, manage stakeholders, and coordinate activities in a global, matrix organization - Continuous learning attitude and ability to share knowledge among teams - Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor and partner delivery If you are looking for a rewarding career that allows you to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, consider joining the diverse and innovative team at Bristol Myers Squibb.
