Senior Low-Latency Trading Systems Engineer (Rust / C++ / C#) About Us We are a US-based technology company building enterprise-grade trading and brokerage infrastructure for financial institutions, proprietary trading firms, brokerages, and fintech platforms. Our engineering team develops high-performance backend systems that power real-time market data, exchange connectivity, order routing, risk management, and modern trading platforms used by thousands of traders worldwide. We are looking for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving complex distributed systems problems and wants to build world-class trading technology. This is a fully remote position based in India , working directly with our US engineering team. Responsibilities As a Senior Trading Systems Engineer, you will: Design and develop high-performance backend systems in Rust, C++, and C# Build and optimize low-latency market data infrastructure Develop broker and exchange connectivity Improve throughput, scalability, and reliability of production trading systems Design distributed systems processing large volumes of real-time market events Optimize multithreaded applications for minimal latency Troubleshoot complex production issues in mission-critical trading environments Build infrastructure supporting multiple trading platforms and brokerage products Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making Mentor other engineers and help establish engineering best practices Required Experience Previous experience in trading technology is mandatory. Applicants should have professional experience working on one or more of the following: Electronic Trading Platforms Brokerage Technology Market Data Systems Exchange Connectivity Futures Trading Platforms Order Management Systems (OMS) Execution Management Systems (EMS) Risk Management Systems Trading Infrastructure Candidates without previous trading technology experience will not be considered.
