Role & responsibilities 1- 4 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. Robust written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to train, present, and interact with international clients. Expertise in SAP administration, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and maintenance. Proficiency in UNIX and database tools. Experience with the latest SAP product implementations and troubleshooting in critical settings. Hands-on experience in resolving major incidents and performance tuning. Experience in project documentation and vendor coordination. Knowledge of high availability solutions and ITIL framework. Robust skills in project planning, scoping, and solution architecture. .
