Roles & Responsibilities: Learning Functional Consultant - Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements - Responsible in providing clients with Workday Learning designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests - Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project - Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments - Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows - Must-Have Certifications - Workday HCM Core - Workday Learning Core Experience & Background - BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA - 4-6 years of IT experience - Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday. - Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM and Learning Module consultant Required Skills/Experience: - Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader. - Proven track record as a cooperative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines - Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Learning for global rollouts. - Experience in configuring various business processes within Workday learning. - Experience in setting up staffing models jobs and positions grades and compensation plans. - Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability .
