Experience 8-12 years of experience in precast industry Demonstrated expertise in drafting and detailing for precast structures Proven track record of working on large-scale precast projects Roles and Responsibilities As a Draughtsman, your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed drawings for precast concrete components and structures Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to develop efficient design solutions Ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements in all drawings Reviewing and modifying existing drawings to optimize production processes Participating in design coordination meetings and providing technical support as needed Assisting in the development and maintenance of drawing standards and procedures Remaining updated with the latest software and technologies for drafting and design Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the precast design and production processes Education Qualification Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Advanced certification in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software
