Electrical Head

Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement electrical strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the power plant. Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance. Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the electrical department. Collaborate with other departments to optimize power generation and distribution processes. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve electrical systems and reduce costs. Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and resource allocation effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in electrical engineering. Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the electrical department. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience 22-30 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
