Process Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop new products by designing, developing, and optimizing processes to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues to optimize process performance. Document all aspects of the product development lifecycle using standardized tools and procedures. Job Requirements : 8-10 years of experience in process development or related field (e.g., chemical engineering). Strong understanding of new product development principles and methodologies. Experience with process engineering techniques such as batch planning, control systems, and equipment selection.
