About the role
As a Design Engineer - Electrical + ELV, your role involves developing detailed Electrical & ELV designs and layouts using CAD and BIM software. You will need to coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design. Additionally, performing load calculations, energy efficiency analyses, and system sizing will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations is crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing technical documentation, specifications, and BOQs for tenders and procurement. Collaborating with contractors and vendors to review MEP installations and resolve design-related issues is essential. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering - 3-5 years of experience in MEP design and coordination - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP - Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Experience in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects - Certification in BIM or MEP software tools is an advantage Location - Gurugram, Haryana As a Design Engineer - Electrical + ELV, your role involves developing detailed Electrical & ELV designs and layouts using CAD and BIM software.
