QA Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our product development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, API Testing, and SQL Database Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our ERP application before every release. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Plans.Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Execute end-to-end testing of ERP modules such as:Purchase & InventoryProject ManagementFinance & AccountsHR & PayrollCRM & SalesPerform REST API testing using Postman.Validate data using SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server.Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to resolve issues.Prepare Test Summary Reports and Release Sign-off documents.Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and release activities.Ensure high-quality product releases within project timelines.Required Skills 24 years of experience in Software Manual Testing.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.Experience in:Functional TestingRegression TestingSmoke & Sanity TestingIntegration TestingUATHands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.Strong SQL knowledge for database validation and data verification.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Skills Experience testing ERP or Enterprise Applications.Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium or Playwright) is an added advantage.Knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts.ISTQB Certification is a plus.Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Application Question(s): What is your current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period & Reason for Job Change What are the Projects & Domains have you worked on previously Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District) (Required)Work Location: In person We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our product development team.
